Dr. Eva Pérez Visus is a paediatrician, homeopath, and mother who has spent over 40 years helping children who struggle and their families.

Born in Spain and now based in Cape Town, South Africa, her work has taken her from hospitals in Europe and Africa to township schools across Cape Town, where she spent more than a decade supporting children facing ADHD, Autism, learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and trauma.

Between 2001–2005, to deepen her medical practice, she trained as a homeopath. This integrated approach allows her to address the whole child: body, mind, emotions, and family dynamics. The result? Hundreds of children who don't just cope, but truly thrive.

As a mother of two children who didn't fit the mold, Dr. Pérez Visus doesn't just understand this journey professionally, she's lived it. Raising the Whole Child distils four decades of clinical wisdom into compassionate, evidence-based guidance that empowers parents to become their child's most effective advocate.

She is currently developing an online course to support families navigating ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and learning challenges.

When she's not working with families, you'll find her hiking Cape Town's mountains, painting, dancing, or lost in a good book over coffee.
